We came together with Xicha Brewing to make a magical Anniversary beer: this Pale Ale is bursting with Mango Terpenes and Pureed Mango, backed by HBC 1019 hops. Try it with a Chamoy + Tajin rim!

WC IPA 7%

West Coast IPA using 100% Gambrinus IPA malt base, highlighting Audacia Hops w/ support from a parent hop, Strata. Blend of berry and citrus notes play well with a mild breadiness and enough bitterness to remind you you're drinking an IPA.

QUANTUM KöLSCH

Kölsch 5.3%

Classic in the style of Cologne's signatures ale. Crisp, clean, refreshing.

Catharina Sour 4.8%

Something about Currant Thymes feels strange. A Catharina Sour Ale predominantly highlighting flavors of Black Currant, supported by Thyme and blackberry.
